Consumers and businesses in California, Illinois, and New York who purchased PQL, Inc. High Bay Linear LED light fixtures in 2-foot or 4-foot configurations.

WHAT?

Certain High Bay Linear LED fixtures have been recalled because internal retaining pins can degrade, allowing the LED board to come loose inside the unit.

What's Going On?

PQL, Inc., based in Simi Valley, California, has recalled certain High Bay Linear LED light fixtures after discovering a potential safety defect.

The retaining pins used to secure the LED board inside some units can degrade over time. If this happens, the LED board may come loose within the fixture housing.

A loose LED board can create overheating or electrical issues, increasing the risk of fire. Consumers and businesses who purchased or installed these fixtures may have been exposed to an unexpected safety risk.
