Dupray USA LLC has recalled certain Neat Steam Cleaners sold nationwide from April 2018 through December 2025.

According to recall information, the steam cleaner’s internal boiler system can malfunction under certain conditions. The affected units were sold online at dupray.com and through major retailers including Home Depot, Lowe’s, Macy’s, Walmart, and Amazon for approximately $150.

Consumers who purchased one of these steam cleaners may have paid for a product that was later subject to a recall.
